The Process
Here is what you can expect when ordering a custom cake from me on this website: 3 little steps and we'll be on our way to having your custom cake ready!

*reminders of this process are included in each step as well as once you "start your order"
First and foremost you will need to check the posted Calendar to see if the date you would want your cake is available -- I have limited availability each month to dedicate in making custom cakes. Thank you for understanding!

Please note: when moving to step 2, the system will let you order for a date that is not available; therefore, you MUST ensure you are selecting a date and time that was available on the calendar in this first step!
Orders requested outside of the available dates will be declined and refunded.

Once you have found a date available that works for you, you can go ahead and fill out a custom order request! Choose from the baseline custom cake menus and add basic modifiers as desired.
Once you check out, this request will be sent to me and we can move to Step 3!
Step 3: Contact for Details
Whether your request is accepted or denied, you'll be receiving a notification from me:
If accepted -- I will contact you in regards to going over details and overall design requests. Once the design process is complete, you will receive an invoice on the final price of your custom cake :) -- you will be expected to pay the difference before cake completion.
If denied -- you will receive a notification as to the reason and should receive a full refund.
